This 50-unit community housing project emphasizes on maximizing the shared space. Units are elevated to give back the ground floor to community and an atrium goes through the whole complex, topped with a garden and glass roof for weather protection. Units are separate to create side balcony and stacked together for a consistent facade pattern.
