The housing unit consists of a horizontal volume for program and a vertical volume for circulation. Living spaces are elevated for communal green spaces on the ground floor. Room are organized in the scale of privacy, from bottom to top. The living room uses the double height space for gathering, while the bedroom is protected on the third floor. Corrugated metal panels are used as facade along with the raw concrete.
